Just got some new figures for my Tiger 1 (Tiger #823) . Found these on ebay -  Torro 1/16 German tank crew, commander & loader figures with camo smocks. Also have some accessories from Oz Armour on the way...

I use pieces of velcro tape to secure  my figures in my tanks in case I need to remove them for servicing, loading airsoft bb's or installing the IR receiver. Works good enough for my liking . Be interesting to hear what other folks do to secure their crew figures.

Looks nice. I found velco too be a little to loose and shaky when you drive the tank. I tried to use rare earth magnets instead for tank crews.

For now, the shakiness isn't too bad in my case. But your idea of magnets sounds like  a really good idea if I want to improve on the velcro later on. I'll keep that in mind.
