For reference, if you are building 1/16 scale tanks and want to use the correct scale hardware, here is a list of 1/16 scale to full size reference chart I found on the net.


ROD

.08 (16) = 1.28, equivalent to 1-1/4" tubing
.100(16) = 1.60, equivalent to 1-5/8" tubing


TUBING

.093(16) = 1.48, equivalent to 1-1/2" tubing
.125(16) = 2.00, equivalent to 2" tubing
.156(16) = 2.496, equivalent to 2-1/2" tubing
.188(16) = 3.008, equivalent to 3" tubing


Threaded Hex Bolts

.8 mm threaded hex bolt, Hex head = .042", Dia. = .031", Length = .100" equivalent to a 1/2" bolt
1.00 mm threaded hex bolt, Hex head = .055", Dia, =.039", Length = .140" equivalent to a 5/8" Bolt
