I am down to less than 1 hour/day, from a previous 4 to 5 hours/day.

I would have worded it how much time in a month. I have weeks where it is 4 to 5 hours a day and some where it is only a couple. Then there are weekends where if I am lucky a straight 10.

I did think about doing it by month or per week, but thought of all the math that would be involved.

Plus, I was afraid of what the total would of been.

Sounds good, it runs well except for doing 360's consistently while reversing.

I have ruled out mechanical and switched the motor power connections for a quick test, it seems to point out something board related.

I am not in a hurry for a new KT, but i is something I would like to do in the future.

A new build will have to wait a bit, there are a few things I have to do around here this summer; and I traded my old bike on a BMW F700GS last fall and have discovered I still like motorcycling, so that is taking some time and funds for the short term.
