Does anyone use a US mailing address and routinely pick up shipped stuff from the states?

I'm wanting to order something, but the shipping cross border is ridiculous... Anyone?

I had a P.O box couple years back in niagara falls NY , I shared with a buddy for race car parts , I think he still uses it , I'll check and get back to you
