Hello everyone! Crazy to think I remembered my login info 7 years later since the last time I was on here!

I guess I was one of the first guys on this forum back in 2012... went to 1 Battleday with my M41 Bulldog freshly wired for SLU.

Moved up to Sudbury and shelfed the tank, just pulled it off and dusted it off, decided to see how this side of the world was doing!

I plan on it! Gotta get a new radio for my M41 and now that HL has come up with the Leopard 2 model I might pick up one of those and build a 2a6m CAN.

I picked up Ludwig's Slat armor set for the 2a6 CAN. Yet another project tank...

I also need to get a TK40/50/80 for my M41...

I messaged you Jarlath, apparently you're the guy who has a copy of the SLU installation?

I was wondering that too.... is the Clark board better? I know my SLU has the Pershing sounds because I don't think they did a sound file of the M41.

I'm looking at "Armoured Model" Facebook page... they do a 3D print kit of the SLAT armour

I sent you a response PM with a link for the SLU's.

The newer Clark boards (Sbus versions) are 100% better due to the increase in channel usage. Instead of trying to have 20 functions on 4 channels (two joysticks), now we can use 10+ channels, meaning assign functions to switches and buttons. The latest Clark Boards allow for the playing of short sound clips.

Oh that's pretty sweet!

Yeah trying to fit all the features on a 4ch with the SLU is interesting.... I remember there being a certain spot for the tank to play a little song...

Hey Stince! Yeah, it seems like all the familiar guys from the Erie days have moved on to greener pastures. I'd like to have my M41 back up and running for a Battleday again!
