Lol! Unfortunately the field and surrounding are is probably just too small to actually fly around . Clark wouldn't work. Too much weight with board and battery! Lol!

Did the US fly the Corsair in the European war? I’m thinking not unless the Corsair was in lend/lease with the British?

I believe the Fleet Air Arm Corsairs had a couple of encounters with the Luftwaffe while escorting torpedo bombers off of Norway. Would have to look into it

This is true. Even in my short time in the club I've seen a Leopard 2A6 out there battling with the WW2 panzers and Shermans and KVs and T-34s

I think the club would have to get a whole lot bigger for that to happen. Plus it opens a whole can of worms about hits, firing intervals etc. We can't even do that now with WW2 tank destroyers etc. The way the field is laid out modern MBTs are even worse than trying to battle with a KT or other long barrel tanks

It was a good day. So glad to see the 2 new guys out and battling! I agree, lots of little hides and sniping positions all over the field.

Big Ugly back to 100%. Took less than 45 minutes. I knew there was no damage other than a lost screw which might have already been missing. Tamiyas are tougher than they look

It went for it's second career drive off the table. Fortunately this time it did a back flip rather than right down on the barrel. No damage other than my badly glued together turret ended up looking like an 88 AP shell had penetrated and caused an internal explosion. Going forward I will refer to it as the TauchKV
