how come the Russian tanks have horns but the American and German tanks don't did they have them but mounted in a place not seen Russian ones are in the open right on the hull

just a thought

Hey mate
Sherman's had horns fitted up the front and Pershings had them mounted on the right front fender... Not sure why maybe they were used to warn civilians and there own troops when on the move so no one got run over.... scratch scratch

Yeah my Tamiya Sherman and Pershing both have horns fitted...

The Russians never had their horns long, most were lost early in battle, some times the headlight too.  I guess that happens when your ramming everything front of you.  viking 

 

I knocked the horn off my KV after it's first battle at the last battleday.   Embarassed 
The radio hanging around my neck swung and knocked it when I bent down to pick it up.  Luckily I found it in the grass.

I have the same problem with machine guns... it's a miracle if one of my tanks still has one intact.
