| That's created a bit of excitement on the pages I follow, looks like a good idea. I got the feeling the amount of sounds you could change or their quality would differ between the TK-22, 24 and 60, more details are coming I hope _____________________________________________ Tiger I - Panzer II - Panzer III - Panzer IV - Chi Nu Kai - Panther G - KV-1b 756(r) M4A3(76) Sherman - T-34/85 - M3 Grant - SECRET PROJECT

| Clark says for Tk-20 series it will be limited to download, mod, upload. So my guess is that you will have to follow some strict format, but as long as you can upload different sets I am good. I would imagine you will have all the sound sets, and just upload the one you want. Hopefully it will be down to the discreet sets (i.e. Cannon Firing, Engine etc) which means you can mix and match to create new ones, like using PzIV engine sound and L71/88mm for the Elephant (That's a bad example since Clark will soon have the Elephant sound set but maybe that's what he is doing actually...... :-) |

| looks like a simple programmer, I had asked for this when the boards first came out, just to make selling them easier ie stock one board and put sound files as needed, would have been much easier.
Hopefully the board goes open source one day to allow everyone the ability to program their own characteristics. I know..... here is wishing it though I'll buy 2 from Clark, 1 for steady use and a back up just in case |
