Are you thinking similar to a Sonic range triggered Panzerfaust system?

Have it hooked up. Positioned and a small potentiometer for "dialing in" the range.
When something passes within that set range, it activates the "Kill shot"

I have done some work for the airsoft guys making booby traps. I used the ultrasonic board and an arduino and st the distance it would fire. If your interested i would like to work with some one as bunker or AT or panzerfoust trap?
