SLU  I have is not coming on can anyone pls give me a bit of guidance ?

It makes a clunky noise when I power it up ?

Does anyone service these units locally if they do fail ?

This is brand new never used ?

Sounds like you may be in calibration mode.Check to see if you have a jumper in J1.This is to set your joy stick positions and you will have a visual RED /Green  led flashing on the ESC.
Use the manual to check all your connections. Contact your seller for tech  support as well

Also make sure your receiver is binded properly. 

Mine made that sound once, I forgot I switched the the receiver with another one. Embarassed

sometimes mine makes a clunk when i have a switch out of place on my radio a switch or controler that is on

Clunk may caused by your radio.
Make sure your radio and receiver are working correctly.
