| I have been in contact with the President and Founder of the show I would like for everyone to express their ideas if you want to be in the show. Derek and I will get together for some ideas, I have some in mind I thought if this is a rain or shine event inside the venue would be best if it decides to rain. I on one hand want to promote RC Tanks in the Windsor and Essex Area and Derek said some of Can-Am would also like to Promote Can-Am and also 1/6 Scale post your ideas lets get something going guys |

| Indoor would probably be best, as it can get quite humid in August. Plus the tacks sound louder inside! Do you know how much area we can get? _____________________________________________ HL Panzer III | HL Tiger | HL Jagdpanther | HL Panther | Mato Sherman Hooben Elefant | HL Pershing | HL Bergepanzer IV | Tamiya Leopard 1A | WSN T-34 HL "Golden" Pan-Tiger | M16 Halftrack | HL Panzer IV | Tamiya KV-1 | Tamiya Tiger

Hi Greg The arena is 180 foot by 80 feet , I can set you at the end of the arena, 10x60 or 10 x80 or something like that. We will make it fit . |

| ok we have to start things rolling on this this is what i got out of my conversation with the coordinator of the Muster Can-Am and us Windsor Guys have to share a space the 1/6 guys Frank & Friends...lol have to share the other part of the 20 x 80 there is a door that can't be blocked i'm figuring it's a couple of feet wide taken from the 80 feet across so that being said we have to also share a running area of the tanks 20 feet x 80 feet what we have to work with i think it will be ok oh they have limits to 20 tables so first come first serve but we can't say hey give me 6 tables we might only get a couple so keep that in mind i want to advertize and promote the hobby to the Windsor and Essex area i got some cards made so i will be handing them out there i can't make it to the battles and i want to start battles here in Windsor so get together and see what you want to bring we will make a list and decide who needs to bring what and what needs to be done here is a drawing i did what i believe to be what was available to us door way has to be clear incase of fire _____________________________________________ |

| Hi Guys i have to say something i really think you guys are the best everyone is great to hang around with and battle days that i went to were exciting and fun i want to go into this show to promote the hobby here in Windsor and Essex County so i can battle closer to home if you guys come it will be even better i think it would be fun i however don't think i can go to any Can-Am battles at this time because i can't afford to go i usually have to get advances from my boss from my pay cheques to make it to my next payday and when i get paid i have to pay it back of course or they wouldn't ever do it for me i still owe 3 months property taxes so i find it difficult to go anywhere i do some painting here and ther but it's too far and inbetween to catch up with the bills i'm not trying to give you guys a sob story just want you to know i wish i could go but my hands are tied at this time but if you guys want to be in the Military Muster show it would be a pleasure to be there with you so letme know what you want to do if you want to let me know on here or PM me whatever you want i have a Door prize or Raffle i have to check first what we are allowed , it will be a new Heng Long Sherman it will be here in June sometime i did not purchase it, it was donated for some advertising if we do a raffle for this tank the money would go to War Vets i think this would be cool this was Derek's idea to donate to the War Vets ''Awesome idea Derek '' i ordered 2 tables they are $5 each to rent from the arena they have a limited amount so i think that's all i can get from them any ideas you have throw them on here so we can chat about them Thanks Guys Greg _____________________________________________ |

Stinger I woud like to discuss this, I might attend, too. anything you want to know Glen? Thanks, mainly what days (one, two or three) guys from this end want to, or can attend. I would want to travel with someone (and pay my share of fuel), this is because my Journey is a company vehicle, I have personal use so the trip isn't a problem but our gov't HAMMERS me with tax for personal use. Unless I can work a trip to one of our facilties in Wheatley, Leamington, or Belle River on the working day before the event _____________________________________________ "Luck favours the prepared!."

| I really like the look of this. As a tanker and a business opportunity. Getting the name out is always a challenge and anytime there is more than one like minded individual it is a great way to spend some time. I'll look into the scheduling of the event as the only problem for me is the location and possibly the time.

this is probably the main concern for all the guys from out of town the event is AUGUST 10th & 11th a Saturday and a Sundaywhat are your thoughts on this Curtis they haven't given anyone a setup time yet so hard to tell when that will be i guess i will have to start asking about this what my thoughts were is have some tables displaying the tanks i would need to know what ones you were bringing so i can make display cards describing the tank so people can read what they are and if they have any questions we can just answer them then i want to have an area set up to demonstrate IR battles the pic of the area we have shows approx. where we would be and there is suppose to also be guys with 1/6 scale tanks there we are to share the area so i need Frank to get in touch with his guy out here we have to get together to arange how this battle field will be to support both different scale tanks _____________________________________________

| let me confirm availability first. I would drive down and stay at a Hotel so that isn't a major concern. the biggest concern for me is having the time to go. - Airbrushler wrote:

I believe they will doing a more like diorama display. Don't you think the card should read : RC Tanks RC Military Vehicles AndStatic Model and Diorama Building When you put "or" sounds like your not sure which one...lol we do this or that...umm not sure which. Dunno...I just thought it read funny. _____________________________________________ My Tanks <<== Click hereCan-Am Tank Club <<< Web site linkTiger I | King Tiger | Panther G | PzIII | PzIV | Stug IV | SturmTiger | Pershing/Howitzer | M16 Halftrack | M26 Super Pershing | M48 Patton | M41 Bulldog | Gepard | Leopard | KV-1 | KV-2 |T-34 | |

| Just a reminder to anyone who can attend the the Military Muster on August 10th to 11, any help will be greatly appreciated. Even if you can't make it for the whole weekend, a day would be awesome. We will be have an indoor display area so weather will not be a concern. I have built six new buildings and gathered 52 trees for the event, and still working on some other stuff with Airbrushler. _____________________________________________ HL Panzer III | HL Tiger | HL Jagdpanther | HL Panther | Mato Sherman Hooben Elefant | HL Pershing | HL Bergepanzer IV | Tamiya Leopard 1A | WSN T-34 HL "Golden" Pan-Tiger | M16 Halftrack | HL Panzer IV | Tamiya KV-1 | Tamiya Tiger
