Hard to tell, looks like patches and wavy lines over a base colour.
With these photos, it is tough to tell, could be;
Grey with green over spray
Yellow with green over spray
Yellow with green and brown over spray
I am not sure if it has Zimmert.
I think it may have been made in the early summer of 1943 because of the early cupola, but it has track holders and looks like it has twin headlights.
No zim, twin headlights, early cupola, track holders put it roughly between April and the end of June 1943, I think.
I suspect it may have been an Abt. 502 tank, this is only becaue the many pictures in my "Tiger I on the Eastern Front" book only show Abt. 502 with the cross that far back on the hull. Also it appears Abt. 502 seemed to like to run without side mudguards.
Based on the time frame, I think Yellow was most likely the base coat, hard to say if there was just brow, or grean, or both in the stripes and pateches.
