Greetings Guys,
I have discussed this with a few people I am planning on doing a field restoration and rejuvenation on June 12th, one week before the first battleday. I am planning on being there for 9:30 and looking to do the following:
Dig up the riverbeds as they have shallowed in over the past couple of years.
Replace the gravel to give a nice clean bottom.
Rework a couple of the mounds to create a longer ridge structure that tanks can hide better behind.
Clean up the roads that need the bricks lifted and grass removed between.
Re-dig a couple of infantry trenches and gun positions.
A good mowing and trimming so little will have to be done before battleday
Test battle in the afternoon! :-)
If anyone could join me that would be very, very, much appreciated! And if you can bring tools like shovels, trimmers, trowels, sifting screens if anyone has them, some gravel and sand would help too. Remember the old saying, many hands make light work!
If anyone has ideas for the existing field you want us to look at or consider creating, by all means let us know.
TXS
Dean
