Hi, My names Phil and I live in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.  I just got into tanks about a year ago oddly, but was into scale model RC conversion for a while now, I converted a 1/200 Bismarck into rc and stuffed as much into the hull as I possibly could lol, also a 1/72 uboat and a flower class corvette. A guy I worked with found out I was into rc stuff and actually gave me a Tamiya tiger 1 full option kit he had bought in hong kong (he lived there before) because he never got around to finishing it and wanted it to go to a good home. At the time I never really had an interest in tanks at all, and the kit sat in my basement for 5 years before I finally cracked the box to start it. As I built it up, I realized how cool it kinda was and it was really detailed, but I never cared much about the barrel flash effect, seemed kinda toy-ish so I fitted mine with a navel gun lol actually its a co2 bb gun with a pinched o-ring for a breech, I have 8 of these guns in Bismarck Wink I finished the Tamiya and was in love, I did a bit of research about the transmissions and found out about the problem idler gear before the final drive, so I installed a dual bearing in each gear, then sealed the gearbox off after lubricating with silicone dielectric grease.  I was hooked after that build, and have since built a 1/15 bandia stug iv, and ordered a heng long Sherman tank from bang good but its super held up in shipping or something so I probably won't ever see it lol anyhow, if anyone is living in nova scotia and knows a good spot to take your tank let me know!
Thanks
