where do you get your 1/8 inch styrene sheets?  I ordered from Amazon but got this "high impact" tough plastic which may not be easy to work with.  appreciate your usual helpful suggestions.  thanks

thanks.  yes, I have dealt with Sunward Hobbies before and yes, their service is great.  I was hoping for thick enough styrene to make a speaker box.  what would you use?  I have 1/16" ABS sheets if all else fails.

2mm plain Sheet is plenty thick enough.
If you are looking for thicker spots to screw into, just double up the screw areas to 4mm.
Lots of CA/Shoe Goo/ABS adhesive/etc... to hold it together.

I used 3mm sheets before I 3D printed some...

many thanks.  I checked with a sign mfgr but no luck there.  called my local hobby store in Paris and they had some 2mm and 1mm sheets so I got me some.  now I can start on the speaker box and go from there.  watched many youtube videos and got some great advice and tips.
