| I dont like making these. Bud Lancaster was a man from Ohio, an old truck driver and a member of this club for not enough time. he was a very active member of Pathtags.com and this was how i found out this news. here is what one person had to say about him This tag is in memory of a fellow cacher from our area. Bud touched many lives and cached with so many people. I think more then half of the people in the area have gone on trips of varying lengths with him.Bud would always say "I can get you closer" and he always did. He looked out for the people that went with him. You usually did not spend more then 10 minutes on a cache. The Busybee was one of his closest caching friends, as was Ohio Grandpa.Bud's wife, Roberta(Berta as many called her) was the nicest person.Bud was devastated when his first cachemobile , Ruby, would go no more. He put her on all his tags after that. I put her on this tag, I hope he is driving her all over Heaven.Rest In Peace, BudI did not know him as well as some other did, But I liked him and wanted to do something in his memory. Pictures used were from Bud's facebook page. _____________________________________________ I do things in the name of science but first hold my beer

| For those that remember Bud, he used to show up at 8am before everyone else at the field and he has to drive 9 hours to get there. With only one good eye to boot. RIP Bud ! |

| I remember Bud from when I first started tanking a half decade ago... (Jesus... has it only been 5 years??) I recalled him talking about how he came out the Ft. Erie field because it was the closest/best RC Tank club near him...
Damned... Sucks that we only found out about it now 6 months after he passed away. |

| Yes, I remember when he used to come to the field in Fort Erie.
Sometimes, it seems he got there before us local guys that came to open things up.
I recall the live up to his name, he always seemed happy..
