| From what I have seen the KV-1 All Metal has not been reviewed anywhere, I will accept a correction on that if someone sends me the link. Here are the pictures as I do have one now. http://www.flickr.com/photos/94760014@N04/The upper deck is plastic but basicly everything else is metal, Standard Taigen electronics which without doubt is the worst thing about this tank. The running gear is very very robust as is the weight tipping the scales at an estimated 20 plus pounds. I am not a fan of the riveted Russian turret but it does have the right bolt. The paint would need to be sealed but it is a very nice paint job with minor weathering. Standard zincanoid gears lol which could use an upgrade due to the weight of this thing. All in with a gear upgrade and a Clark TK22 and Radio upgrade though you are looking at around $600 and that my friends easily ( In my opinion of course ) matches ANY product available. Everything about this tank screams Russian build em as fast as you can, The metal storage boxes are wickedly realistic as is the whole tank. At first I purchased it for the store thinking this is a must have with a Clark TK22, I saw it and thought aww nuts what a mistake. But then you look at it for a bit and it is growing on me fast. I am thinking I will keep one in stock, when I bring it too the Battle Day on the 20th I am sure everybody will have the same sort of love & hate relationship. I can't explain it but I think I actually really like this tank |

| Is that clear plastic thing in the middle, hanging from the upper hall, the smoker? Also does this have the quick release like the Tiger? | Yes and yes it smokes in the correct places. What do you think of that, a comapny that did some engineering, it is pretty ingenious actually. A metal frame holds the smoker to the upper hull. The quick release is actually under the hull about half way down on the tank. If I was using this outside I would put masking tape over that to keep the dirt from messing with the quick release switch - Stince wrote:

| Hull only 16-1/2" long x 8-1/4" wide and 4-1/4" tall beside my HL Tiger it is slightly skinnier, longer and about the same height. If you measure hull only as the Tigers gun makes that tank considerably longer. - White Tiger wrote:

| It has a metal turret?? That's pretty much what my kv-2 is under the deck, but even with the really bulky asiatam tracks, it only weighs 13-14 lbs...
IReally like the paint job out of the box!
You NEED the upgraded gear boxes yes, the pot metal ones will last about 30 minutes lol. _____________________________________________ Tiger I - Panzer II - Panzer III - Panzer IV - Chi Nu Kai - Panther G - KV-1b 756(r) M4A3(76) Sherman - T-34/85 - M3 Grant - SECRET PROJECT
