Rushed into service KT

Hi Everyone,
I between doing a couple of jobs for club members I have started a refurb on one of my KT's
I am doing the paint work on this one as a " What If " style. Basically the factory hadn't finished the lower hull and where given the orders to get it out on the battle field.
I have left off fender mounts, tools and the cables. The turret was painted at the factory before whacking in the main gun and dropping it onto the lower hull to get it out and under way.

Any comments welcome...... thumbs up

That's a cool idea, the production markings look just like the insides of the airplanes I work on here. Lots of hand writing and markings and such. Nice chipping Smile

Hi Everyone,
Well I am not sure being on holidays is such a good thing...... Surprised

Too much time on my hands.... Razz

Anyway I haven't been totally happy with how this KT came out, so while I was on a roll I thought I would fix it a little but still keep a similar theme for the tank..... ;D ;D Still a few bits and pieces to go on it but here it is so far..

Hey everyone done some more to the ole girl...... couple of fenders added and I have done 3 road wheels to try and look like bare steel.. not sure if I have pulled it off but I think they look ok... scratch

great look! what paint do you use? acrylic or enamel? the stuff airbrushler using?

I use tamiya paint and for weathering I use AK products and Ammo by Mig Jimenez products.

Nice , what did you use to pin the fenders to the body ?

Thanks mate for the fenders I made styrene fender mounts and then just used revell model glue to fix them. I am doing a Heng Long Porsche kt for a customer which has a couple of fender sections missing and will use the left over schumo fender mounts from it for the rest of this tank..

Hey Everyone,
Here's the latest on this beast.... she is now sporting Impact 18 tooth tracks and sprockets which I must say are very nice plus I have also repainted the barrel to look like bare steel like the road wheels..... Very Happy

As is with everything minus radio gear...... I would have to get $1100 plus shipping.
There's a lot of work gone into this tank as you can all appreciate hence the price.....
