| I saw the pvc pipe stand at the Swaben club meet and thought that was mighty useful. I have no pvc pipe but have scrap lumber .... so I now have a lumber stand. The part holding the upper hull is a little high but it works. |

| That works! Safety third, as they always say, and it's nice to have tanks NOT rolling off tables. _____________________________________________ Tiger I - Panzer II - Panzer III - Panzer IV - Chi Nu Kai - Panther G - KV-1b 756(r) M4A3(76) Sherman - T-34/85 - M3 Grant - SECRET PROJECT

| Cost effective and easy design . I might make a suggestion to make the bottom support higher using a piece of 2 x 4 so ,Strato50 mentioned, you wouldn't drive your tank off the work bench. |

| I agree, make the center a little higher so the tracks areoff the ground. Prevents surprises... :-) _____________________________________________ "There are things in Russia which are not as they seem..." Georgy Konstantinovich Zhukov

| Its hard to see, but it is off the ground/base, by about 3 inches. That was part of the design plan, I didn't want a runaway while testing stuff. _____________________________________________ HL Panther G, HL Early Tiger I

| Now that I look at it with my reading spectacles, I see it was an optical illusion. |

| I could use some measurements to make a pvc stand. |

| Here is the link to Stinger's post where he introduced it to us. You should be able to make a custom version for your tank. Sketch it out for all the tubing elbows and tee's then hit the hardware store for some CVS pipe and glue. ( don't glue the rear upper hull support since it can be adjustable and the fiction fit of the fittings is sufficient .)
