Sorry I couldn't find the page for you Tom, but I'm 97% sure this is the place I got mine. Having the data sheets attached to each part is the best, that's why I like good venders like them. _____________________________________________ Tiger I - Panzer II - Panzer III - Panzer IV - Chi Nu Kai - Panther G - KV-1b 756(r) M4A3(76) Sherman - T-34/85 - M3 Grant - SECRET PROJECT

Wow $2.5 each ?!?!? That's like 5 times what I paid for mine. Wonder it hits 5 times better........ :-) The one Tom got is a little cheaper. only $0.80. |

Tom you know your problem is not the IR emitter...... I think I will stick with buying Canadian. Might give the $2.5 one a try. |

| Now guys, I could be 100% wrong on how to select these IR LED's.. Just saying that I don't fully understand Mw/sr & such... I do however want to record the IR outputs from the Clark board to determine actual V & mA that is put out. |

| Hey Mike how do you intend to measure the output of the IR LED? |

| I meant to say measure the V & I outputs with the LED in place. At least then I can hopefully get an idea if the LED is actually coming close to stated specs (assuming that I can read values during the short IR durations...)
Unfortunately there is simple quantifiable method of measuring IR emission intensity. Camera over emitter and resultant "brightness" is the subjective method. |

| I am working with some of the optics guys at work to measure the intensity of the ir led to see how powerful the led and test if it degrades over time and when maybe when to change it will see how it work hopefully |

| Did some tests on my Sherman's TK-60S. My multimeter is not high enough quality to measure the V & I consistently... |

| With your MG function turned on the bulb should remain bright as long as you have the trigger down. _____________________________________________ Tiger I - Panzer II - Panzer III - Panzer IV - Chi Nu Kai - Panther G - KV-1b 756(r) M4A3(76) Sherman - T-34/85 - M3 Grant - SECRET PROJECT

It may appear that way, but it should be a duration (pulse) to determine hit type (MG vs Cannon) |
