Yikes, Martin, what is going on with your AFV?

Both the Sturmtiger and the  Tiger A2 have pooched power switches. Sturmtiger is fixed temporarily and should be fine.  Should have new power switch for A2 next week. No emitter for T-34. KV-1 loose barrel recoil fixed going to disconnect elevation for battles to stop it sticking firing at the sky, KV-2 rotation issue is hopefully fixed, been working all day on the Taigen Panther. I think the idler issue is just so bad it's basically a basket case. Might have to buy a new lower and start again. A repaint in the future  . The long barreled Tamiyas are basically impossible to battle with once they take damage against the racing car Clark's so I'm glad at least the KV's are fixed and the Sturmtiger can battle too now 

One small thing to watch for is although I dug out under the stone bridge in the castle complex and installed a flagstone floor it has slightly less clearance. Probably only talking 20 mm. Should only be an issue for tanks with antennas but just check before going through. I tore the antenna of my Panther off  although it used to make it through but it just caught the very top of it this time

Martin let me know if you need some help. Sounds like all kinds of little issues here and there.

Sounds like most of the issues should be fairly easy to fix (to those that are rc savvy) except for the Panther...it’s a shame since that tank is a thing of beauty.

It was fine 2 years ago but if I end up putting a 5th paint job on it I'll be fine with it. Sort of like buying a new tank.  

Lots of progress on re-design roads and bridges on the trailer end. Just some path connecting and lots of screening of riverbeds and weed sections in the Monte Casino part on Tuesday. So will be already for battle day. Large part is a blank canvas as far as placing some buildings and trees as the main road is back to it's original position were it turns in between the castle rocks and the farm and then proceeds in a straight line angled towards the mileage signpost. It's very cool already for driving on. The JT with apple had plenty of clearance under the bridge

The connector from the bridge through between the farm is going to be all brick as we had to use the flags from there so not as many spares as you might think. Plus we are going to be using all the garbage stuff lining the riverbeds. But you will be out on Tuesday working with us so................         

This bridge and road underneath/atop is like 100% different from the monstrosity we built last year in the forgotten quarter and then rightfully demolished. The photos don't show stuff we did later. It's way better than I thought it would be. Plus it's not even finished. Wait until it's all cleaned up. Definitely will change the battling at that end

Working on my bourbon bbq sauce at the moment...

Some images of the work done today. River valley was dug out and screened, one bridge was moved closer to picnic tables and where it used to be is now a ramp along with another ramp by the end of the airstrip. All but the tallest tanks should be able to get under the bridges. Also a new brick road was laid running alongside the smaller river to the west of the cathedral and a further section roughed in.
