OK if you go to Field of Armor web site and have a look at their 1/6 scale tank kits, which one would you buy ?

I may get one latter this year as a winter project next year and I am leaning towords either a Tiger, Panther or Stug ?

I will build it to be a R/C tank...no Pan-Tiger.....

The Panther looks really nice, I like it.

Whats it take to make these RC? They mention an RC upgrade kit, does that work with any of them?

I like the Nashorn, nice detail and you don't see many of them.

OK , Metal Box are Nice but out of my price range for now. They made a great Bren gun carrier too.

The Nashorn is nice and I know Glen likes that one too. I may do a PZ2 feild gun, Marder 2, like the Nashorn in the future.

Also a lot of people have the Tiger tank so Im on the fence about that one.

Oh if you whant a Sd kfz 251 and you want to RC it your self monkyDepot has the plastic one (on sale ) for $100 US plus shipping and border crap, or Scott J Dummit has three in Canada for more but I can pick it up for you and bring it to a meet, so no shipping.

I will probably do the RC upgrade myself useing car wipper motors (12 V) for drive and a sabertooth ESC and maybe a SLU .They have drive kits for most of them and are working on a suspension set up for the Tiger and Panther.

Im going to start working on my PZ 2 DAK tank and drive it with car seat geared motors ($44 for two ) I picked up at princess Auto. It is a much lighter tank.

Also if you have a princess Auto and you see that they have wipper motors drop me a line or take a picture ,Im on the hunt for some and my P Auto is sold out.

Hey Cap, I wish you said something last week, I was just there on Saturday. If I get a chance I'll try to get back over there, it's on the other side of the city. Do you know what kind you need?


I like the 1/6th stuff. I have a pak gun and 2 german soldiers to go with it and I would like to get more.
I just have to wait until the kids move out first so I'll have some where to put it all.
